Material Handler / Warehouse Specialist – 1st Shift | 20/hour | Green Bay, WIJoin a team that keeps operations moving — where precision, teamwork, and growth come together every day.At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler / Warehouse Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in Green Bay, WI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the inbound, internal, and outbound movement of materials, ensuring parts and products flow efficiently throughout the operation — while providing excellent internal and external customer service.Shift & Pay1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PMPay: 20/hourWhat You’ll DoReceive, check in, and verify local and international shipments.Unload trucks and inspect boxes for damage.Match parts to packing lists and resolve discrepancies.Process purchase orders, verify returns, and enter part locations in the system.Pick, double-check, and pack parts for shipment.Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, LTL).Perform local deliveries and pick-ups.Conduct inventory control, including cycle and annual counts.Identify and resolve inventory errors promptly.Provide responsive internal and external customer service.Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.Support additional warehouse duties such as building boxes, making perf blades, and internal mail delivery.What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Attributes:Passion for accuracy, data integrity, and continuous improvement.Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and problem-solving skills.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Why Join UsAt PDS Tech Commercial, we connect great people with rewarding opportunities.
