Role Overview
As a Human Resources Support Specialist, you will handle a wide range of administrative and operational HR tasks that directly support employees and leadership. From maintaining personnel records to assisting with compliance and employee services, your work ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and a seamless employee experience. You’ll also collaborate across HR teams to improve processes and support workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in both manual and automated HR systems
Collect, compile, and analyze sensitive personnel data and prepare reports
Support HR functions including benefits, training, employment, compensation, and EEO processes
Provide accurate information to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and services
Assist with global mobility processes and/or I-9 employment eligibility verification
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and documentation requirements
Respond to authorized requests for personnel information from internal and external stakeholders
Support employee programs such as recognition initiatives and work-life balance efforts
Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and systems that support workforce engagement
Assist in tracking and analyzing HR-related data such as recruiting metrics and labor forecasts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in HR support, administration, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Proficiency with computer systems and data management tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with global mobility processes and/or I-9 verification
Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of labor laws, employee data management, and HR reporting
Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Details: 28.00 to 30.00 per hour
