About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join the production and operations team at our client's dynamic Fort Worth, TX location. In this high-impact role, you'll help drive the financial integrity of groundbreaking aerospace projects. Your work will be critical in ensuring smooth operations and seamless vendor relationships—paving the way for fast, reliable, and efficient solutions where they matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Research & Analysis: Investigate and analyze reasons for invoice payment blocks; liaise directly with vendors to resolve discrepancies using SAP.

• Account Reconciliation: Monitor accounts, ensure timely payments, and resolve invoice issues to maintain financial accuracy.

• Compliance Assurance: Uphold rigorous company policies and ensure all processes meet Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain smooth financial operations.

• Procurement Support: Partner with strategic and tactical procurement teams to troubleshoot and resolve transaction issues.

• SAP Monitoring: Oversee weekly SAP batch jobs, ensuring timely coordination and error resolution across departments.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting fields

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Familiarity with SAP financial systems

• Previous experience supporting procurement or operations teams

Pay Details: 25.00 to 40.00 per hour
