DC Trainer

PIT Trainer (Contract | 6–8 Weeks)

Train and certify ~40 warehouse operators in a hands-on, safety-focused role. This position is fully floor-based—working directly with trainees to build skills, confidence, and OSHA-compliant performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on PIT training (no classroom)

• Coach operators in real-time on equipment use

• Evaluate and certify per OSHA 1910.178

• Reinforce safety and track training progress

Requirements

• 3–4 years PIT experience

• Training or coaching background

• OSHA PIT certification

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Equipment

Forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks

Pay Details: $23.90 per hour
