Pay Details: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and power tools according to product specifications.
- Test and calibrate components to meet required tolerances and ensure the final product is within product specifications.
- Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and make necessary repairs to meet requirements.
- Ensure the final product is in full compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure production goals and timelines are met.
- Follow established guidelines and instructions to perform assembly tasks under supervision.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to perform calibration and testing of mechanical units.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow guidelines and work under immediate supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift objects exceeding 30 lbs. and engage in repetitive movements.
- Exposure to machine, chemical, and other physical risks as part of the job.
