About The Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst (Procurement Associate), you will play a key role in developing and executing procurement strategies that support a high-performing aftermarket business. This position goes beyond transactional purchasing—you will influence supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and product management.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute category strategies for aftermarket HVAC parts aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and strategic sourcing
- Collaborate with planning, engineering, operations, and product teams to align procurement strategies
- Establish and monitor supplier KPIs; address performance issues proactively
- Support and influence a cross-functional procurement network and supplier base
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement within large, global organizations
- 3 years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- 2 years of experience with SAP and Power BI
- Ability to travel up to 20% within North America
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- 3 years of experience in aftermarket or resale supply chain environments
- Demonstrated success driving cost savings through sourcing and negotiation strategies
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to present and influence at all organizational levels
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
