Pay Details: $45.00 per hour

Role Summary
As a Sr Network Technician at PDS Tech Commercial, you will ensure the operational flow of our Salesforce systems globally. Your expertise will be crucial in managing user support requests, system integrations, and multiple enhancement projects within an Agile development process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day Salesforce needs of the business globally.
- Manage user support requests and escalations, responding in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance to users on utilizing the system to meet their needs.
- Manage multiple enhancement projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system improvements.
- Administer user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Ensure system integrations are working correctly in collaboration with IT teams.
- Identify, merge, and clean up data in collaboration with the Data Integrity Specialist.
Required:
- Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of databases and enterprise software systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt to changing technology.
- Experience with MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, SAP Business Objects, BluJay (preferred but not required), Salesforce.com, Validity, MS SQL, and Zoom.
