Requirements

Responsibilities for a Senior CNC Programmer include but are not limited to:
- Generate, maintain, and optimize CNC programs using NX‑CAM for 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis machines (milling, turning, EDM).
- Program and support CNC machines using Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, and Haas controls.
- Verify and validate new CNC programs using Vericut prior to shop floor release.
- Provide daily programming, troubleshooting, and technical support to the shop floor and Manufacturing Engineering teams, including operator training.
- Extensive experience as a CNC Programmer, including 5‑axis machining in aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of NX‑CAM, Vericut, and advanced CNC programming (macros, Renishaw probing, closed‑loop machining).
- Experience machining high‑temperature superalloys used in aerospace or heavy‑duty gas turbine components.
- Solid geometry and trigonometry skills, with strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
- Pay: $62.59/hr
- Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
