This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
In This Technical, Problem-solving Role, You Will
- Evaluate parts, materials, processes, and equipment through research and testing to ensure compliance with specifications
- Analyze failed components and processes to identify root causes and prevent future issues
- Develop and execute test plans; document findings, conclusions, and recommendations
- Categorize and track failures, driving corrective and preventive actions
- Propose, develop, and validate updates to engineering procedures and specifications
- Determine the suitability of materials and processes for aerospace applications
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards
- Support continuous improvement by designing, developing, testing, and implementing new technologies and concepts
- Provide technical guidance and consultation to internal teams and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Associate (AA) degree in a technical field
- 3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with testing, evaluation, and failure analysis
- Comfortable using computers and technical systems
- Ability to document technical findings clearly and accurately
- Experience with composite materials, especially in aerospace interiors
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and material qualification standards
- Background in failure analysis and root cause investigation
- Experience collaborating with suppliers or customers on technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
