This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour

About The Role
As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer, you’ll lead the design, integration, and validation of complex systems—spanning hardware, software, and network components. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver high-quality solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in mentoring teams, resolving technical challenges, and aligning engineering efforts with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system requirements, verification, and validation for Military Environmental Control Systems (per ARP4754)
- Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities and architecture development
- Oversee integration of control systems and test equipment
- Troubleshoot field issues and lead resolution efforts
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, project managers, and customers
- Present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Support continuous improvement and innovation across engineering functions
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering
- Strong knowledge of system requirements and V&V processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience leading complex system integration projects
- Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Experience mentoring and developing engineering talent

- Schedule: 1st Shift | 8AM-4:3PM | Hybrid (Onsite/WFH – must be able to work onsite a few days per week)
