As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer, you’ll lead the design, integration, and validation of complex systems—spanning hardware, software, and network components. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour

About The Role
As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer, you’ll lead the design, integration, and validation of complex systems—spanning hardware, software, and network components. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver high-quality solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in mentoring teams, resolving technical challenges, and aligning engineering efforts with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system requirements, verification, and validation for Military Environmental Control Systems (per ARP4754)
- Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities and architecture development
- Oversee integration of control systems and test equipment
- Troubleshoot field issues and lead resolution efforts
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, project managers, and customers
- Present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Support continuous improvement and innovation across engineering functions
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering
- Strong knowledge of system requirements and V&V processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience leading complex system integration projects
- Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Experience mentoring and developing engineering talent
