PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the Consumer Products industry to find a results-driven Business Analyst for their Food Service On Premise (FSOP) division. In this pivotal role, you'll support strategic decision-making by providing in-depth analysis, forecasting, and actionable recommendations that directly impact profitability and performance within a fast-moving channel.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst supporting the FSOP Planning and Performance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing FSOP pricing guidelines to align sales teams with profitability strategies.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data from internal databases to identify opportunities and propose timely solutions.
• Delivering ad hoc reporting and performance analysis to support business planning and identify risks or gaps in execution.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with FSOP and sales teams to create programs that drive profitable growth.
• Conducting forward-looking forecast evaluations to support strategic planning.
• Managing and maintaining accurate master data mapping across systems.
• Supporting system enhancements by validating automated report requirements and identifying data alignment issues.
• Recommending process improvements based on data usage trends and reporting insights.
  
  

Required Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data mining, deep-dive analysis, and project management.
• Strong command of data systems, analytics platforms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and present insights that drive decision-making.
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Data Science, etc.).
• Experience supporting pricing or profitability strategies within consumer products or food service industries.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
