What You’ll Do

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in both customer engagement and store operations:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Handle cash control procedures and daily financial accountability
• Receive, process, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and documentation
• Facilitate special orders, merchandise transfers, and returns (RTV/MOS)
• Execute merchandising standards, floor sets, and visual displays
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Assist with annual inventory counts and ongoing stockroom organization
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Reliable attendance and a professional, customer-first attitude
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales, customer service, or related experience
• Experience with inventory systems, POS systems, and merchandising
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Details: $21.35 per hour
