Pay Details: $50.00 per hour

About The Role

What You’ll Do
In this hands‑on, impact-driven role, you’ll influence product quality from concept to delivery. You will:
- Lead quality assurance activities across materials, components, and industrial processes
- Review engineering designs and vendor documentation to ensure compliance with requirements
- Apply SPC and data‑driven analysis to optimize processes and validate improvements
- Evaluate purchased components and guide supplier acceptance and sourcing decisions
- Document, track, and communicate quality findings, trends, and recommendations
- Develop innovative solutions to quality challenges and propose process enhancements
- Present technical insights and quality metrics to leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Provide guidance and support to technical and administrative staff involved in QA operations
- Stay current on evolving industry and government quality standards
Required
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in a related discipline (1–2 years)
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
- Experience with SPC, design reviews, and quality documentation
- Solid project management and workflow optimization capabilities
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and influence others
- A continuous-improvement and quality-first mentality
- Strong business awareness and understanding of how quality impacts performance
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
