Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour

Role Summary
As a Project Manager at PDS Tech Commercial, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered and implemented on time, producing the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization, timeline, and fulfillment after the sale for this specific program.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class customer experience and successful on-time delivery of customer projects.
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Nurture relationships with strong trust and rapport across internal team members, customer project stakeholders, and 3rd party contractors/vendors.
- Drive and track project success and improvements via key metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously from point of sale acceptance through delivery and installation at customer site to successful invoicing at project completion.
- Understand and optimize customer-impacting components and systems required for successful implementation of electronic locking systems.
- Document all project-related activity and customer interaction in Salesforce and other tools as necessary.
- Manage smaller groups of connected projects (a portfolio) with additional reporting and tracking requirements by customer.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, Excel, and/or Smartsheet to track project activities and metrics and report to management.
- Develop Standard Work for role and activities.
- Train new employees and instill high standards of performance with coworkers.
- Thrive in a quick-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as a team player.
- Solve problems with strong problem-solving aptitude.
Required:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field plus 1 year Project Management experience and 2 years experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support role.
- 5 years Project Management experience in lieu of a degree.
- CAPM, PMP / PRINCE II certification desired.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Windows, Office365, Outlook, Salesforce, and Oracle.
- Strong organizational, time management, project management, and analytical skills.
- Technical/mechanical aptitude a plus.
- Superior follow-through skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing best-in-class service.
- Experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting metrics applicable to specific role requirements.
- Ability to work on a variety of special projects as required by management.
- Clear, professional, and proactive communication skills.
- Ability to root cause potential issues in complex projects and provide solutions.
- High level of initiative to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
- Ability to create program specifications, standard work, and training documents.
- Ability to interface with customers and internal staff, make independent decisions, and solve problems with little or no supervision.
- Previous experience in a position with significant exposure to high-profile customers and projects preferred.
