Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting critical utility operations processes, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient account management, and seamless customer service support.
What You’ll Do
As an Operations Services Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing Consecutive Estimates (ZM20) terminations
- Conducting inactive flat rate sewer-only premise investigations
- Managing flat rate move-out BPEM processing (ZC79)
- Preparing and maintaining daily Consecutive Estimate reporting
- Reviewing operational data for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account and service-related issues
- Delivering excellent customer support while maintaining efficiency and professionalism
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Experience in utility operations, customer account management, or administrative support
- Familiarity with reporting systems and data processing
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
