Pay Details: $38.00 to $48.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
As An IT Operations Administrator, You Will
- Provide both in-person and remote technical support to teammates.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure subscriptions, resources, and storage.
- Monitor automated system alerts, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Research products, services, protocols, and standards to recommend improvements.
- Plan and manage IT-related projects within your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while prioritizing and resolving support requests efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, especially in the first 90 days.
- Flexibility to support occasional after-hours needs.
- Certifications: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-040T00-A, AZ-305, Terraform Foundations.
- Experience with Cloud Migration and Microsoft ADO.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and an Agile mindset.
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Accountability, dependability, and teamwork.
- Clear and professional communication.
