In this role, you’ll serve as a central point of coordination and communication, supporting sales, HR, payroll, and administrative functions that keep the distribution center moving efficiently.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in daily operations across multiple functions:
Sales Support
- Manage front desk and phone reception with professionalism
- Enter call-in orders and urgent “hotshot” requests
- Prepare and distribute sales materials
- Track coupons and maintain reporting boards
- Assist with sales meeting notices and handouts
- Coordinate employee events, meetings, and catering
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintain phone directories and schedules
- Ensure compliance with audit guidelines
- Support leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with inventory processes as assigned
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Collect, review, and distribute new hire documentation
- Maintain job postings and compliance records
- Track safety training and reporting requirements
- Maintain labor codes and process hour transfers
- Monitor timekeeping systems (Kronos) and payroll activities
- Ensure proper approvals for payroll processing
- Track audit compliance for timekeeping and incentives
- Manage facility access, visitor logs, and badge assignments
- Maintain surveillance records and access systems
- Support office equipment, phone systems, and voicemail maintenance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–3 years of experience in an office or administrative environment
- At least 1 year of finance-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Accurate data entry and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to pass credit, criminal, and drug screening
- Flexible schedule
- Some college coursework
- Bilingual skills
- Experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment
