What You’ll Do
- Enter, review, and validate customer enrollment data across multiple databases and systems
- Reconcile enrollment records between systems (customer details, service attributes, program participation, identifiers, etc.)
- Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies or missing information in coordination with internal teams
- Perform quality control checks to ensure enrollment data meets established business rules and readiness standards
- Produce basic reports or summaries to support tracking, data quality monitoring, and workload management
- Document issues, trends, and resolutions; escalate recurring issues appropriately
- Support special projects and targeted data cleanup initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal systems and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to follow defined procedures and clearly document exceptions
- Some college coursework; associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior experience with data entry, validation, or reconciliation in a regulated or operational environment
- Comfort working with multiple systems and managing repetitive, accuracy-focused tasks
- Task-driven role with defined processes and quality standards
- Hybrid schedule supporting focused onsite collaboration and independent work
- Works under general supervision with accountability for accuracy and timeliness
- Reports to a supervisor or program manager
