Pay Details: $59.52 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, development, and coordination of engineering and software projects
- Provide specialized technical assistance to team members in both engineering and software disciplines
- Apply advanced techniques and creative problem-solving to provide solutions for challenging technical problems
- Develop your own approach to solutions while meeting schedule and cost objectives
- Act as a liaison with representatives outside of the assigned group, facilitating collaboration and communication
- Maintain current knowledge of engineering and software developments, recommending innovations to improve processes and product quality
- Apply software engineering best practices for coding, testing, integration, and deployment using .NET, Python, and web technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions integrate seamlessly into engineering workflows
- Actively participate in improving daily processes, ensuring all work meets customer requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience in a specific technical discipline, or 10 years of broad engineering experience across multiple disciplines with a Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced degrees may count for limited experience credit (2 years for a Master’s, 4 years for a PhD) in applicable fields
- Proficiency in .NET, Python, and web application development
- Strong ability to plan, design, and coordinate engineering and software solutions
- Experience providing technical support and guidance to team members
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while meeting objectives
- Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Prior experience integrating software applications into aerospace or complex engineering workflows
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in high-technology environments
