**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the apartment property, ensuring efficient and effective management.
- Manage the leasing process, including showing apartments, qualifying prospective tenants, and executing lease agreements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain the property in excellent condition.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues to ensure tenant satisfaction.
