DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER - PEDIATRIC DENTAL PRACTICE:
Sign-On Bonus: $3,500

As Office Manager in our pediatric dental office, you'll lead daily operations to ensure a smooth, family-friendly experience and strong practice performance. You'll work closely with clinicians to support patient care, team development, and financial outcomes-all while promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead and support staff using a "servant leadership" approach that fosters open communication and team accountability.

Conduct daily huddles and facilitate strong communication between front office, back office, and providers.

Oversee patient scheduling, clinical workflow, and daily closeouts-including accurate notes, billing, and coding.

Monitor key performance metrics: production, collections, payroll, and variable expenses to meet/exceed monthly budgets.

Ensure compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and pediatric-specific regulatory requirements.

Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to staff. Consult with HR as needed for performance plans or corrective action.

Handle parent and patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Manage insurance eligibility, benefit interpretation, patient financing, and payer follow-ups to support case acceptance.

Ensure all staff are properly trained on systems, forms, policies, and workflows.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.

4 years of dental office experience, including 2 years in a leadership role

Proficient with practice management software (Dentrix or similar), insurance systems, and patient communication tools.

Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures, billing, collections, and insurance verification.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Education / Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Dental leadership role.
- Advanced certificates in the healthcare field a plus.
- College degree preferred.
