Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front and back office operations efficiently

Lead, mentor, and support staff using a servant-leadership approach

Manage scheduling, billing, daily closeouts, and clinical workflow

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and pediatric dental standards

Track and analyze KPIs: production, collections, payroll, and expenses

Handle escalated patient concerns professionally and empathetically

Train staff on new systems, policies, and performance goals

Supervise insurance verification, benefit reviews, and patient financing

Collaborate with HR on staff development, coaching, and performance feedback
Qualifications

4 years of dental experience, including 2 years in a leadership role

Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- Orthodontic experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a pediatric dental and orthodontic practice is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of orthodontic scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance, and patient financing is a plus.
- Experience managing workflows for multiple providers and specialties is preferred.
