The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to deliver scalable, high-performance CRM service solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Consulting & Solution Design
• Lead end-to-end SAP CRM Service implementations and enhancements
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Design and configure SAP CRM Service processes including:
◦ Service Orders
◦ Service Contracts
◦ Installed Base (IBASE)
◦ Complaints & Returns
◦ Service Requests
• Drive fit-gap analysis and propose best-practice solutions
