Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in CRM Services domain
- Ability to work closely with business users and FA teams to understand requirements
- Expertise in BRD preparation, including requirement gathering, documentation, and validation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specification
