PCSI is looking for a BUILDER Manager on our facilities maintenance team on Fort Knox! The BUILDER Manager leads facility inspection and condition assessment processes within the BUILDER Sustainment Management System used by the base, and oversees the work of 2 Assessors. This team is responsible for conducting real property inventory of a wide range of buildings on base and uploading inspection data in the BUILDER Remote Entry Database (BRED) to grade the condition of property to assess the need for renovations. The BUILDER Manager manages data integrity and quality control, provides system-generated reports, and ensures compliance with standards.
This position is based on-site at Fort Knox, typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

What You'll Do as BUILDER Manager:
- Responsible for performing facility inventory and condition assessment related to their specific discipline area.
- Manages all collected inventory and assessment data in BUILDER and provides system-generated reports.
- Responsible for performing quality control and data integrity checks on all inspection data to ensure all necessary areas of a facility have been inventoried, assessed, and reflected in the BUILDER inspection data.
- Responsible for entering inventory and assessment information into the BUILDER Remote Entry Database (BRED) which is Windows (PC) based software.
- Ensure compliance with the ASTM UNIFORMAT II standard for classifying building elements as it pertains to their discipline area.
- Responsible for Warranty information.
- Oversee the work of BUILDER Assessors and provide guidance and assistance.
- Plan work to be accomplished by Assessors, set priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- Develop performance standards, evaluate performance, and, as appropriate, recommend awards.
- Effect minor disciplinary measures such as warning and reprimands and recommend action in more serious cases.
- Identify developmental and training needs of employees.
- Train employees to understand all contract requirements.
- Initiate and complete personnel actions such as writing/revising job descriptions, job ads, interview questions, employee recognition, and disciplinary actions.
- Enforce requirements of the Employee Handbook, & local policies.

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3-4 years related technical or practical experience with government operating systems required: BUILDER, GFEBS, PIEE, or similar.
- Experience managing and assessing real property inventory or asset inventory required.
- General knowledge of Government contracts required.
- General knowledge of Facilities, Operations, and Maintenance required.

- If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
