Manufacturing Associate

Now Hiring Manufacturing Associates in Wilmington, OH!

Shift: 1st, 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday (Potential for OT up to 4:30pm)

Rate: $17.00(To start)

Essential Functions:

• Perform any required set-up activity daily.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial printers, i.e. removing paper jams
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Print manuals On Demand and compile manufacturing order “grey totes” in Clean & Box
• Print and deliver manuals with primary activity in Clean & Box while supporting manual printing for warehouse, customer service, sales etc.
• Print and verify all UDI labels
• Complete Daily UDI Reconciliation report
• Assemble and compile manufacturing order “totes” in Clean & Box
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Perform essential job duties as directed by supervisor.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or assembly environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
• Knowledge of machining processes and precision measuring instrument utilization such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is highly desirable.
• Must be able to manage time effectively to follow a repeating route of activity throughout
• shift to provide reliability to internal customers.
• Must be willing and able to meet Quality and Production standards set by department.
• Must be willing and available to work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled.
• Must be willing and available to learn new processes as necessary.
• Must be willing and able to work in a team centered work environment.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral work instructions.
