Qualifications

·        Proven experience in client service, account coordination, office administration, operations, or a related role.

·        Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

·        Clear, polished written and verbal communication skills and a strong client-service orientation.

·        Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and shifting between strategic priorities and hands-on administrative tasks.

·        Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential client, financial, and candidate information.

·        Ability to collaborate effectively with investment professionals, sales teams, marketing partners, vendors, and job candidates.

·        Sound judgment, initiative, reliability, and a diligent, constructive approach to problem-solving.

·        Proficiency with standard business productivity tools, calendars, spreadsheets, presentations, and contact or customer relationship management systems.
