We are a computer repair shop in Loveland Colorado. We also have a good variety of computer parts and accessories in our storefront. We offer custom computer builds, diagnosis and repair of laptops and desktop computers. Some of the services we offer are, screen replacements, laptop keyboard fixes, virus and spyware removal, data recovery, networking, in-home service calls, and security camera installations.

Skills Required:
Excellent customer service
Understanding of computers - repairing and building
Knowledge of various computer parts and accessories, new and old
Experience in installing and removing software
Working well with others or by yourself
Knowledge in tablet and cell phone repair is a plus but not required
Capability of Mac repair is a plus but not required
Job Requirements:
Troubleshoot and repair general computer problems, both hardware and software related
Always treat customers with respect and a friendly attitude, never talk down to the customer
Take care of customers at the front desk, on the phone, and while fixing multiple computers
Stay calm in stressful or extremely busy situations
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Be diligent to finish repairs in a timely manner
Neat, clean appearance.
Our interview process will include you reassembling one of our test desktops machines, knowledge of mounting the motherboard, installing the CPU, installing the power supply and installing ram. You will also be connecting the front panel connectors to the motherboard, plugging it in, and having it boot to windows.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 34 per week
