Position: Molecular Testing Personnel (PCR Laboratory)

Responsibilities
- Perform PCR-based testing in compliance with CLIA high-complexity standards.
- Conduct manual DNA/RNA extraction and sample preparation.
- Operate and maintain molecular instruments including QuantStudio Analyzer.
- Execute pipetting, sample handling, and molecular workflows with precision.
- Perform and document quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities.
- Analyze and interpret data for accurate reporting.
- Maintain compliance with CLIA and laboratory SOPs.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Requirements (CLIA & Skills)
- Education (per CLIA standards):
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or related science.
- OR Associate degree in laboratory science/medical laboratory technology.

- Experience:
