Position Overview
Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Quality Coordinator to ensure our facilities consistently meet white-glove cleaning standards.
This position focuses on inspections, quality assurance, corrective action follow-up, and supporting operations to prevent repeat deficiencies. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and confident in coaching staff while maintaining professional client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct routine facility inspections across assigned accounts
- Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective action is completed promptly
- Perform re-inspections to verify compliance
- Provide real-time coaching and reinforcement of cleaning standards
- Document inspection results and root causes of deficiencies
- Assist with new hire inspections during training periods
- Support customer touchpoints and proactive communication
- Ensure adherence to safety and company policies
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain staffing and quality stability
