Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is seeking a strong, detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead and oversee housekeeping operations within the Baton Rouge market.
This position is responsible for ensuring quality execution, staffing coverage, compliance with company policies, and maintaining white-glove cleaning standards across assigned facilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in managing teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned accounts
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure coverage for call-outs
- Conduct routine facility inspections and enforce quality standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and customer requirements
- Train and coach supervisors and housekeeping staff
- Monitor labor costs and assist in overtime reduction
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain documentation and submit required operational reports
- Coordinate with corporate leadership regarding staffing and performance
Qualifications
- 1 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
- Experience in healthcare cleaning environments preferred
