The Operations Coordinator will support the Director of Operations in ensuring all facilities follow company protocols, meet quality standards, and provide an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Operations in overseeing facility supervisors, assistant supervisors, and frontline staff.
- Ensure compliance with PCMS protocols, safety rules, training, and quality control measures.
- Assist in managing budgets for labor, supplies, equipment, and vehicles.
- Oversee supply inventory, distribution, and cycle counts.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections to maintain operational standards.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores across assigned facilities.
- Provide training support, performance evaluations, and staff recognition programs.
- Help enforce employee discipline and ensure new hires receive proper onboarding and training.
- Prepare and present reports to the Director of Operations and corporate office.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that motivates teams to achieve excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook/Excel) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel between facilities and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach when needed.
Work Requirements
- Flexible availability, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available after hours for emergencies.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks when required.
