How You Will Contribute To The Team
- Operate loaders safely and efficiently on civil construction job sites.
- Load, move, and stockpile materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and debris.
- Support excavation and underground operations by feeding crews and equipment.
- Maintain proper grade, material placement, and site cleanliness.
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Clean, grease, and perform basic maintenance on equipment daily.
- Operate additional equipment as needed.
- Work closely with foremen, operators, and laborers to meet production goals.
- Follow all company policies and job‑site safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Experience operating loaders in a civil or construction environment.
- Experience working around underground utilities and active job sites.
- Ability to maintain grade and material control.
- Ability to read and understand basic plans or grading instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate equipment in a safe manner.
- Willingness to work in various weather and site conditions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- This is a safety‑sensitive position. Candidates must be able to comply with the company’s drug‑free workplace policy, including pre‑employment and job‑related testing.
