Overview
This role is essential to supporting the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department and ensuring continuity in administrative, event, and office management functions. Key responsibilities would include:
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining office operations, including mail distribution, invoice processing and payments, travel reconciliation, maintenance requests, office supply orders, budget tracking, and related administrative functions
- Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events
- Supporting marketing initiatives through the creation of basic promotional materials, office flyers, social media posts, and other marketing collateral
- Coordinating travel-related logistics and reconciliation
- Managing multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring deadlines are met
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn new material quickly
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to support event setup and operational needs
