Responsible for maintaining a full-time customer service position in support of U.S. Space Force operations at Schriever SFB, CO. Serves as primary point of contact for in-person, over the phone, and on-line customer inquiries and requests for multimedia services. Work is performed in an office environment performing various administrative tasks to include receiving and directing work requests to media functional areas, tracking project work flow, and collecting/compiling production data to be converted to various reports. Works daily with Microsoft Office software programs with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Word, MSTeams, and Access. Use of Adobe PDF software is also used on a daily basis for job order processing. Work also involves occasional video and teleconference tasks which include powering up equipment; checking proper system operation; setting audio levels; and positioning camera functions for secure and non-secure meetings. Basic photographic skills are required to provide occasional studio portraiture and identification products. Job Requirements Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma but Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred Must have 1-3 years of administrative experience in answering calls, using computers, and interacting with customers Must possess basic knowledge of photographic principles and camera use for basic photo assignments Ability to pass a preliminary drug and background check and be eligible for a Personnel Security Clearance (criminal background, active drug use, ongoing financial distress, and other factors may prohibit the granting of a clearance and render the candidate unacceptable) Must be a US citizen, possessing or eligible for a DoD security clearance On the job training will be provided (candidate must have relevant skills in some functional areas) Physical Requirements The physical demands described herein are representative of those which may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites.
