What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter position at PCI Municipal Services?
PCI – Municipal Services seeks part time maintenance/porter.
Duties include but not limited to, picking up trash off of floors, emptying garbage cans, blowing leaves, cleaning offices and bathrooms, using sweeper machine to clean garage floors, getting down cobwebs, sweeping stairwells, polishing elevator cabs, closing up garages. This is an outdoor garage which will require working out in the cold or heat at times.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Baton Rouge, LA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
