Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance: Oversee routine maintenance, repair, and servicing of parking equipment, lighting, signage, ventilation, and security systems.

Equipment Management: Ensure parking gates, ticket machines, elevators, and surveillance cameras are in good working condition. Arrange for necessary repairs or replacements.

Team Supervision: Assist in supervising maintenance staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance work.

Safety Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to local regulations, fire safety codes, and occupational health and safety standards.

Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor stock levels of maintenance supplies and assist in budget planning for repairs and replacements.

Emergency Response: Assist in handling emergency situations, including equipment failures, power outages, or weather-related damage.

Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns related to facility maintenance and safety.\

Miscellaneous: Other responsibilities as the business needs

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or facility maintenance preferred.

Experience: 2 years in maintenance, facility management, or a related field, preferably in a parking facility or similar environment.

Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise staff and work collaboratively with teams.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for quick resolution of maintenance issues.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with vendors, staff, and customers.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods.

Salary : $17 - $19
