Operating, Cleaning & Maintaining Paint Guns and Drying Room Overseeing Order Flow & Priority Working with PVC or Urethane Products Compensation: • Starting Wage - $14.50 Per Hour ($11.50 Base $3 Commission) • Quarterly Bonus - Earn up to 5% Bonus ($0.70 per hour) each Quarter for excellent and consistent performance across these same Lead Time, Productivity, and Quality Scores. • Commission - Based on Attendance, Productivity, Lead Time, Order Quality. • Tenure Raises - $.25 Increase every 3 Months for Initial 2 Years, and every 4 Months for Years 3 and 4.
