Requirements
Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact by prioritizing inbound Customer Service phone calls. • Accurately document, create, and maintain customer experience cases in accordance with established performance guidelines. • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience during every interaction, whether by phone or email. • Research order details and provide accurate updates to customers. • Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience. • Maintain professionalism and organization while handling multiple customer cases. Skills & Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems while multitasking. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions. • Dependable team player who works well with coworkers and cross-departmental teams. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to stay organized and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. • What Success Looks Like in This Role • Providing timely and accurate updates to customers. • Maintaining clear and organized documentation of customer cases. • Communicating professionally and calmly in all customer interactions. • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
