Electronic Assembly Technician
The Electronic Assembly Technician will contribute as a team member of an assembly and production team for electronic modules, PCBs, cable assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies, automated test equipment and test systems.

The Electronic Assembly Technician will contribute as a team member of an assembly and production team for electronic modules, PCBs, cable assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies, automated test equipment and test systems.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow drawings to assemble cable assemblies, electronic modules and test equipment
- Assemble and test electronic systems, components, subsystems or circuits for use within automated test systems
- Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify electronic parts
- Perform minor repairs as needed
- Ensure systems and components are assembled in adherence with established specifications
- Follow company’s Quality Management System and procedures
- Participate in peer reviews of assembled items
- Support the packaging and shipment of completed, manufactured items
- Red-line drawings as required
- Mentor/Lead less experienced Technicians
- Other related duties as assigned
- 1 -3 years’ related experience
- Soldering skillset/IPC certifiable
- Cable assembly experience required
- Specific experience working with DoD automated test equipment desired
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
- Ability to comply with all other requirements as specified within the CIEDA Personnel Policies and Procedures.
- The Electronic Assembly Technician shall report directly to the Production Manager of PCI Aviation, San Antonio, TX.
- This full time position is classified as hourly with the pay commensurate with experience and educational background.
