NOW HIRING: ARMED SPECIAL POLICE OFFICER – LEADERSHIP POSITION
PChange Protective Services LLC is seeking experienced, professional, and dependable Armed Special Police Officers to join our team in leadership roles.
We are looking for quality leaders with 2 years of experience working as an Armed Special Police Officer who can demonstrate strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to lead and protect.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Armed Special Police Officer (SPO) License
- 2 years of experience as an Armed Special Police Officer
- Candidates with Armed Maryland Licenses are encouraged to apply
- Must provide proof of current license and applicable security certifications
- Required less-lethal certifications include:
- OC Spray
- Handcuffing
- Baton
- Ability to demonstrate and communicate the knowledge and experience gained as an Armed Officer
- Ability to transfer your license to PChange Protective Services LLC within 15–30 days
- Willingness to travel and relocate to various work sites as needed
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Ability to accurately complete and submit Officer Reports
- Professional appearance, communication, reliability, and leadership skills
