Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Heart of Hospitality: Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide a positive first impression.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle dining reservations efficiently, providing guests with accurate and timely information regarding availability and wait times.
- Embrace Team Spirit: Be flexible and willing to assist in other positions, such as food runner or dining room attendant, as needed to support the team and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Be a Key Assistant: Remain at the door at all times, attentively welcoming and directing guests to their tables, ensuring their seating preferences are accommodated
