Staybridge Suites Montgomery Downtown is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Sales to seek out and secure opportunities for revenue growth for our 115-room extended stay hotel. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business while also nurturing existing client relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Participate in various sales efforts, including reactive sales, proactive account sales, segment sales, local and social catering sales, business travel sales, reservation sales, and destination sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve individual booking goals and support market sales participation and performance.
- Stay informed about market and economic trends, adapt sales strategies to meet customer expectations, generate increased revenue, and maintain a competitive position in the market for the property.
- Establish and communicate sales strategies, ensuring they are implemented and updated based on evolving market conditions.
