What this role is
As an Overnight DSP you will work late evening into early morning shifts to keep homes and clients safe, comfortable, and supported. This role includes rotating weekends.
Rate and Schedule
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr (base plus differentials), higher placement rates possible based on experience and assignment.
Schedule: Overnight shifts, set schedule, includes every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with daily living tasks and personal goals
- Assist with personal care and health needs as required
- Monitor safety, respond to emergencies, and follow crisis plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individual support plans
- Support a calm, home-like environment overnight
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Caregiving experience preferred, not required; training provided
- Reliable, strong communicator, team oriented
- Compassion, patience, and respect for people we serve
