PCGH, Inc. (formerly Person County Group Homes) supports adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. Since 1975 we’ve focused on person-centered care, community inclusion, and helping people live with more independence.

We’re hiring full-time, set-schedule Direct Support Professionals. These are hands-on roles where your work matters every single day. Paid training, regular coaching, and clear paths to promotion are included.

Open roles (multiple openings)

Partial Live-in (7-on / 7-off) Staff DSP — 1 opening

• Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr (base plus differentials) - higher depending on placement and experience
• Schedule: 7-on/7-off: Work seven days in a row, then seven days off. During the on-block you stay in agency-provided furnished housing and meals are provided. Shifts are typically 4-6 hours and land between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with scheduled overnight rest.

Afternoon / Evening DSP — 2 openings

• Pay: Starting at $13.00/hr (base plus differentials) - higher depending on placement and experience
• Schedule: Set shift that includes rotating weekends. Overtime may be available if you want it.

Bridge DSP — 4 openings

• Pay: Starting at $13.00/hr (base plus differentials) - higher depending on placement and experience
• Schedule: Set 12 hour shifts, roughly 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., includes rotating weekends.

What you’ll do

• Give hands-on support with daily living skills and individual goals
• Help with personal care, medication checks, and health needs as required
• Watch for safety concerns and respond to incidents per crisis plans
• Keep clear, accurate notes and follow individualized support plans
• Create a steady, home-like environment that helps people thrive

Who we want

• Caregiving experience helpful, but not required - we train great people
