JOB DESCRIPTION
PCF Construction Group is seeking driven Project Consultants to sell high-quality outdoor construction projects. This is a commission-based role for professionals who enjoy client interaction, proposal development, and closing deals in a fast-growing construction environment.
THIS IS A COMMISSION-ONLY ROLE AFTER TRAINING
Competitive compensation/benefits, bonus packages, and performance-based increases — over $125k - $290k possible in your first year with an uncapped commission structure

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In this critical role, the Project Consultant will have responsibility for achieving specific sales goals and objectives. The successful individual will have a thorough understanding of framing, electrical, or trades. Successful team members often have the following skills: a strong sales aptitude, organized, self-starter, innovative, and able to provide strategic feedback on direction to meet customer and sales goal expectations.
This position will be accountable for developing and executing an individual sales plan. You will act as a customer service liaison and actively manage and report on all your outstanding jobs.
BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED
High School Degree
Minimum of 2 years of B2C sales experience
General knowledge of construction terminology and methodology
Computer skills/knowledge (Google G-Suite, CRM, Microsoft Suite)
