What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll gain experience with:

• Installing decking and railings.
• Roofing and basic carpentry tasks.
• Cleaning job sites and preparing materials.
• Digging holes, making basic cuts, and more!

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal Carpenter Apprentice is a motivated self-starter who:

• Must have construction experience.
• Is reliable, proactive, and organized.
• Communicates effectively with customers, teammates, and managers.
• Has a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a Background check.
• Can travel within a 50-mile radius (75% of the time).
• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Thrives in a team environment and values accountability.

Our Hiring Process

We want to ensure you’re a great fit for our team (and vice versa). Our process includes a Phone Call, a Video Interview, and a Paid working interview: Spend two days with us to experience the job firsthand.
