Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wellington, FL, for a Computer Repair Technician. The individual in this role will diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, perform troubleshooting on Macs, PCs, and electronic devices, and provide technical support to customers. Responsibilities also include setting up and maintaining desktop computers, assembling custom builds, and assisting with client-specific technology needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required for this position.
- Knowledge and expertise with Windows and a strong understanding of computer systems and networks
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve system issues
- Experience with Computer Repair and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with repairing hardware: laptop screens and batteries, all desktop components, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Have a valid Driver's License, working vehicle, and active insurance for onsite customer visits.
- Relevant certification such as CompTIA A , education, experience in the field, etc., is a plus.
