PBMares is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Finance Officer. This is a high-visibility role for a trusted professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and can manage complex priorities with discretion, confidence, and sound judgment. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the CEO and CFO, helping ensure smooth coordination of executive priorities, communications, meetings, and firmwide initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership and make a meaningful impact on the success of PBMares. This is a hybrid position, with a primary work location in either Newport News or Norfolk, Virginia.

- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action items
- Draft, review, and manage executive communications and correspondence
- Coordinate leadership meetings, partner events, and board-related logistics
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and strategic priorities on behalf of the CEO and CFO
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, CFO and internal leaders, partners, clients, and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Support executive reporting, expense management, and administrative workflows
- Seven (7) or more years of progressive executive administrative experience
- At least three years supporting C-suite leadership, preferably a CEO or senior executive
- Strong executive presence and professional communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple competing priorities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience in a professional services or public accounting environment
