Golf Course Operations and Pro Shop Manager
Location: PB Dye Golf Club, Ijamsville, Maryland

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage daily operations of our golf course and pro shop. This role combines leadership, customer service, and business management to ensure exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all golf course operations, including scheduling, maintenance coordination, and staff supervision.
- Manage pro-shop activities: inventory control, merchandising, and point-of-sale operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve member inquiries promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate tournaments, events, and special programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in golf course management or retail operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of golf industry trends and equipment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
